West Side Story

Having recently watched West Side Story, one of my favourite films, I was surprised by how contemporary the aesthetics of the film were. The costumes, though heavily influenced by the period in which they were set, also reflect many of the trends for this season- 1960s silhouette, pastel colour palette and bold accessories.
